Radha Krishnan, founder and president of Detroit Engineered Products (DEP), is a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. An alumnus of IIT Madras and the University of Toledo, he established DEP in 1998, transforming it into a global technology powerhouse. With deep expertise in Powertrain CAE, Radha leads DEP's advancements in simulation technologies, R&D, and innovative mechanical engineering solutions. His leadership fosters a balanced, growth-oriented work environment, driving DEP's evolution into a multi-million-dollar company with a global presence.

このたびDEP Japanは、2025年4月1日より経営メンバーを刷新し、拠点を利便性の高い新横浜に移し、新しい船出となりました。新しい体制のもと、日本の製造業の現在そして未来への課題に即したソリューションの開発と展開を強化・加速していきます。
弊社が提供するDEP独自のデジタル・エンジニアリング・プラットフォームは、メッシュベースの環境により様々な設計アイデアの柔軟な検討を可能にし、AI/ML（人工知能/機械学習）を活用した革新的な設計空間を実現します。さらに、ソルバーを選ばないオープンな環境を特長とし、設計、エンジニアリング、高度な解析、複合領域設計探査まで、CAEを主体とした性能開発を行い、最終的な形状をCADデータとしてCADツールに戻すことができます。このフローによって一貫したエンジニアリングプロセスの加速、変革、民主化をご支援いたします。
また、近年、 Digital Twins (Real & Virtual)へのシフトが言われています。弊社プラットフォームにおいても、従来のVirtual (CAD to CAE)での性能開発はもちろんですが、Realな世界で得られたデジタルデータをVirtualな世界で利用、また、Virtualな世界で得られたデジタルデータをRealな世界で利用など、モノづくりのDigital Twinsを活用した、より効率的な開発を可能とします。さらに、これらのデジタルデータを最先端の「AI/ML」技術へ積極的に展開することで、自律的設計・生産システム構築が現実のものとなります。このような取り組みにより、お客様のものづくり、ビジネスに貢献してまいりたいと思います。
