Roller Cone Shirttail Modifications
Structural elements, such as beads, shown in the image, can be rapidly added to shirttail designs.
Additionally, a protective insert for the shirttail can be designed and morphed to different configurations.
Beads and inserts alike can be made parametric within the CAE model allowing for hundreds of configurations to be analyzed in a robust DOE to find the optimized design.

Impact analysis on riser guard platform to protect the gas pipeline
DEP performed the analysis for a major EPC contractor for a global Oil corporation. The results of the riser guard with & without fillet resulted in faster commissioning of the system. The results & practices generated by DEP are still used as the standard practice at the customer end.
